We deliver within 3 to 4 business days after receiving your order. We strive to expedite the process, ensuring you receive your package sooner and can enjoy your products promptly.
If you are not satisfied with the product, you can return your package up to 14 days after receipt. Please use the return form, which includes instructions and the return address. Remember to include this form in the package. You can find the return form at the bottom of the website under the 'Return Policy' button. Return costs are at your own expense.
The shipping cost for packages is € 4,95 per package for order up to € 75,00. Beyond € 75,00 shipping is free!
